Clients/Carers/Parents

At Staffordshire Neurological OT Services (Staffordshire NOTS) we can equip you with the skills to become as independent as possible in those activities most important to you. Using our services will facilitate rapid access to expert OT services, that may not be available to you on the NHS or Social Services. No formal referral is required.

We can provide one off assessment of your environment/personal and domestic activities of daily living (ADLs). Or, if required an ongoing tailored treatment package, using creative ways to assess and treat, both physical/cognitive/behavioural difficulties, as required.

These sessions could be provided in your own home/workplace/educational, leisure facility or virtually, as appropriate. We ensure you are at the centre of what we do, jointly developing treatment programmes meaningful to you.

Case Managers
& Solicitors

Staffordshire Neurological OT Services (NOTS) provide highly skilled neurological occupational therapists offering a range of cost-effective assessments and goal orientated rehabilitation programmes, with the client at the centre of what we do. We will work with clients in their own homes, community or virtually, with the aim of maximising independence. We work collaboratively with other professionals involved to ensure the client’s rehabilitation programme is realistic, efficient, and successful. Measuring progress using SMART goal setting. Staffordshire NOTS can complete a variety of assessments including Initial Needs Assessment (INA); Initial Focus Review (IFR), Post-Concussion Syndrome (PCS) and OT specific assessments as part of our bespoke rehabilitation programmes. We will provide clear costings for all interventions and our terms of business will be provided on request. Once a referral is accepted, we will carry out an initial assessment within 3 weeks and a detailed report with costings within 14 days of the assessment.
